At The Duston School, we strongly encourage pupils to take part in our enrichment programme. Extra-curricular activities play an important role in supporting pupils' personal development, wellbeing and academic success. Participation in clubs enables pupils to develop new skills, build confidence, strengthen friendships and discover new interests beyond the classroom.
Enrichment opportunities also help pupils develop important life skills such as teamwork, leadership, resilience, creativity and communication. Regular participation can enhance pupils' sense of belonging within the school community and provide valuable experiences that contribute to their future education and career aspirations.
We therefore encourage all pupils to take advantage of the wide range of opportunities available and to become actively involved in school life.
