The Duston School

  • Safeguarding

At The Duston School the safety and wellbeing of our students is our highest priority. We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people in our care. We expect all staff, trustees, volunteers, visitors, and members of our school community to share this commitment.

We recognise that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. Our school provides a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where pupils feel secure, valued, and confident to speak out if they have concerns. We follow statutory guidance, including Keeping Children Safe in Education, and have clear procedures in place to respond to any safeguarding concern promptly and effectively.

If you have any concerns about the safety or wellbeing of a child, please contact a member of our safeguarding team immediately.
