The Family Help Conversations (FHC) are a relatively new approach to supporting children, young people, and their families.

Through FHCs needs and support, for individuals and families, can be identified and put in to place quickly.  They are a collaborative approach, bringing education together with medical, health (0-19), youth and social professionals to best support our young people and their families.
