Throughout Years 7 to 11, pupils are supported to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to make informed and ambitious decisions about their futures.              Our progressive Secondary careers programme helps pupils understand their strengths and interests, explore a wide range of careers and discover the different education, training and employment pathways available to them.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Careers learning takes place through subject lessons, tutor time, assemblies, Unifrog, employer encounters, workplace experiences, careers events and independent careers guidance.
