We are committed to inclusion. Recognising each child as unique, we provide personalised support, remove barriers to learning, and develop an adaptable curriculum that nurtures confidence and achievement.

Collaborating with staff, parents and carers we aspire to ensure that every child reach their potential, while learning to stay safe, healthy, and engaged.

Mission Statement

Luminra Education Trust builds flourishing educational communities that all stakeholders are proud of and contribute to. The trust seeks to deliver the very best educational standards, developing exceptional professionals who act with true moral purpose, professionalism and integrity. Every child is supported to develop the knowledge, skills and character to maximise their potential. All children are promoted to contribute to society and at the core of our moral purpose we work to ensure that no one is left behind.

  • Integrity – All of our considerations, decisions and actions are conducted with absolute integrity and are grounded in doing the right thing because it is the right thing to do. 

  • Care – Care underpins all of our thinking, be it care for the community as a whole, for the children and the staff but with care comes compassion, empathy, support and challenge. The trust cares for the self-esteem and wellbeing of others. 

  • Respect – LET has self-respect. It has respect for its context, the context of others and recognises fully that no two contexts are the same. Respect is a key bedrock underpinning our approach to character education and guards wholly against ego. 

  • Ambition – LET serves as a beacon of hope; promoting the educational, academic and professional excellence of all members of its community. LET is optimistic, positive and hopeful for the success of the children, staff and community that make up the trust. It is aspirational in its outlook.  

  • Community – LET seeks to build truly cohesive communities, fostering a family feel within all of its schools and where key stakeholders are truly empowered.

  • Social Mobility – LET seeks to inspire all pupils to achieve educational outcomes that will allow them to go on to achieve their future dreams and ambitions. Our pupils are promoted to engage in community outreach work and community projects to contribute back to the local area.  

  • Inclusion and Diversity – The community LET serves should feel a sense of belonging, of being valued, being safe and being happy. All people that make up the LET community should be celebrated for their own unique individualism.  

  • Excellence and opportunity – LET is committed to creating a climate of professional excellence, where staff and pupils are inspired to be their best. Excellence creates the bedrock for hope, aspiration, ambition and future opportunities to grow, dream, believe and succeed. In our family of schools nobody is left behind.
